As Personio has integrations with Google Calendar

Is there work for Google Chat integration with Personio Conversations?
We don’t use any Microsoft products and we don’t use Slack.

In really simple terms.

I - End User - want to raise a ‘ticket’ to HR Services

HR uses Personio Conversations.

as End user I am often in Google Mail / Google Chat

rather than having to go out of my day-to-day working systems I would like to go to say a dedicated Google Chat group say ‘Personio Conversations / Raise an HR Ticket’ and be able to drop in there my issue.

The integration would pick-up the ‘case’ and pull it into personio.

As the HR User I am able to use Personio, interact and update the ticket in Personio.

The End User will receive their updates and interactions through Google Chat.

Basically - sinilar to the Personio / Slack integration.
