I have a problem with Personio Conversation:

the ticket was assigned to me based on the activity and later - resolved by me. Right after that, this ticket appeared as a new ticket request with “Re:” Every time I assign this ticket to myself again or press “resolved” it keeps coming back as a new request.


So I have like 20 same requests now...

Does anyone know what is the problem here and how to resolve it?

In this case, I would suggest you to create a support request via Find Answers. This way we can double check the settings for your email and in more depth in general.
