I know it isn’t possible to select people working outside of the company to sign the document. But is there a way to create a workflow where all the parties involved in the company I work for sign the Document and then gets forwarded to the other company? Or are there any other solutions?

It is possible to get the NDA signed by all internal employees but it can’t be forwarded to someone external. An option would be to set up a workflow so you receive a notification once a document is signed and you’ll have to download it and send it manually to the other company.
