Unfortunately we are no further in regards to a solution for this. A lot of work is being undertaken by our Product Team in other areas of Personio such as the new absence engine, which means focus towards other improvements are down the list of priorities.
I understand that this is a highly requested improvement to Personio and we are aware of it, but we can currently only offer workarounds at this time such as using our Custom Reports feature or the Birthdays System Report.
