I am currently setting up our onboarding workflows in Personio and would like to ask whether it is possible to automatically request digital signatures from new hires during their first days as part of the onboarding process.
At the moment, my workflow looks like this:

I create a task in the onboarding checklist asking new employees to sign company policies.

After that, I manually generate the documents from templates and send the signature request to the employee.
I am wondering if there is a way to automate this process so that the documents are generated and sent for digital signature automatically once the employee reaches a specific onboarding step or on their start date.
Has anyone implemented a similar automated workflow, or is this currently only possible with manual document creation and signature requests?
