Hi, We are setting up our Personio platform and managed to integrate Personio with Teamtailor on their platform however we are having a problem with integrating from Personio side.

 

This is the info we get when we go to market place:

This integration can only be set up by Teamtailor

 

You will need to write an email to Teamtailor and they will complete the process for you. In this process you will be asked to provide your API credentials which you can find or generate on the API credentials page at any time.

Welcome to the Personio Community, we are thrilled to see you here 🎉 😁 I am happy to support you with your inquiry.

 

In order to integrate with TeamTailor the only process that needs to be done on Personio is generating the relevant  and providing these on their system. The integration should then work! As TeamTailor have built the integration as seen below, we are limited in the support we can give in regards to this integration.
