Unfortunately it’s not possible to use these placeholders in workflows at the moment, even though we have this option in the Onboarding Module.
It’s really something I’m looking forward to having in the platform because it would be super useful !
Please let the Personio Product team know by using the feedback feature. The more we ask it, the more chances we have to see it live in the platform !
As for the customization of the email headers, it’s also a great idea, even though the emails will always be sent via Personio domain.
