the company I work for has to sign NDA every now and then and for that my CEO wants to create a workflow. Is there a way to create one where all the people inside of the company I work for sign the document and then said document gets forwarded to the other company automatically?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to get signed documents sent elsewhere other than the signators.
My only suggestion for this would be you also sign the document so that you get a copy, but depending on how many people you are sending to, that may not be feasible :(
