Hi all,

Has anyone implemented (successfully) the automated candidate screening feature?

Can you share some tips and tricks?

I tested this in another ATS and switched it off because some of the profiles that were deemed non-matching were interesting upon review by a recruiter.

​@RubenT not sure if you’ve sorted this already, but we only use auto-rejections for details that are absolutely necessary for the successful hire to have (legal working authorisation and language level). We have other questions but don’t use auto screening for those, as to not reject candidates too critically. Figure out what is a non-negotiable and use those as qualifiers for auto-rejections.
