This is honestly unacceptable.

 

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month now. I opened one ticket, then another, then a third — I requested suspension and full termination, and I’ve received absolutely no response or action from your side.

 

No answers. No updates. No help.

 

At this point, it feels like they’re just ignoring customers while continuing to charge them, which is not okay.

 

Any ideas how to get them on phone?
