Hi @Nathan Jolly,
Unfortunately we don’t have any update on this yet.

Hello Personio Community !
I’m glad to say that I found a workaround by playing with the tool !
So as it’s true you can’t do a language bulk change directly in the employee list, you can use the import function to get what you (or at least I !! 😊😊) want.
If you are using the Employee template Excel file, you need to use your identifier (email) as your first column, as you should always do.
Then, you can add a column called “Language”.
The authorized value in this column are now :
de-DE
en-UK
en-US
es-ES
nl-NL
fr-FR
it-IT
sv-SE
fi-FI
pl-PL
I’ve tried Portuguese but didn’t find the right unicode for now.
Then if you Import your Excel file, even for already existing users ( but be sure to upload the right email identifier ! 😎 ) it will automatically change their language settings.
Tested and approved in our live environment 😎
Cheers,
Nathan
