I know we did something wrong with the certificate. to edit the adminsite, i need to login, but the login with out sso is not possible.
What can i do, is there any other/alternative option to login?
the whole company is not able to login… so the topic has hiiiiiiigh prio!

Oh dear! That isn’t good. On our account we have a ‘login with Personio credentials’ option, however if this isn’t already enabled you won’t be able to use it.
I would recommend logging a ticket ASAP to get this one resolved

issue is solved, but i think thats a real problem, only the admin account, was able to logon, without OAuth (by using the normal login)…
i gave the comment already to the customer sevice… if the admin is not available, it will be a real problem!
