I am trying to export the Org Chart from Personio. I can click on the respective file type and then on export but am not getting any file. Where will Personio put the exported org chart or is there a bug in the system? Thanks! Enjoy your day!

Your org chart should be saved in the downloads of your browser when you export it. Please verify if you are using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as a browser and try erasing your cookies before giving it another try. If these measurements don’t solve the issue, please contact our support team through FInd Answers, since it could be a bug in deed then.
