We are facing issues:

all articles did not help or solve the issue .

Does anyone know how to request a call back

Account Owners can request a callback via the Find Answers Section in your Personio Account (the big question mark on the bottom of the left), and our most relevant team will get back to you.

You can find the full instructions on how to use Find Answers in the following Help Center Article: The Find Answers Section.

Important: Only Account Owners can request to be contacted by phone or by email about support-related matters. By default, you can have up to two Account owners. To learn more, check out the Help Center Article: What are Account Owners and Contract Owners in Personio?
