I got back from vacation and found our Personio instance has been removed “This is not a valid hostname.” presumably because our trial ran out and nobody purchased the full version in time.
I tried reaching support via multiple forms, so far no answer, so I am trying here as well.
Is it possible that they restore the instance so we can add payment details and purchase it?
Otherwise we’d need to re-add everyone and that would be hours of work.
