Instance deleted after trial has ended

Hi,

I got back from vacation and found our Personio instance has been removed “This is not a valid hostname.” presumably because our trial ran out and nobody purchased the full version in time.

I tried reaching support via multiple forms, so far no answer, so I am trying here as well.

Is it possible that they restore the instance so we can add payment details and purchase it?

Otherwise we’d need to re-add everyone and that would be hours of work.

You guessed it right, we actually do need more information (e.g. which instance exactly you are talking about) but for this matter my colleague Svenja is reaching out directly via email to you (the same address you used to register your community account).

@Daniele Thank you! Do you need any more information such as instance slug or any information to authenticate my request? Or are you currently investigating wether instances can be restored in general?
