I’ve tried to contact aftersales/sales many times through different avenues in the last 6 weeks but have heard nothing.

 

I would like to upgrade to Conversations.

So sorry to hear, that shouldn’t be a problem.
In Personio we have the functionality in order to get directed to the right person, including our Growth Managers (After-Sales). You need to be an Account or Contract Owner then you can navigate to Help > Find Answers and open a ticket, here you should easily find support and usully it should also not take that long. 

Since you have tried a few times, I reached out to my colleagues in the neighbor department to please get in touch with you (or. the Account owner). 😊
