Hey all! 

I have 2 questions regarding Personio Conversations:
1. Is there a way for us as HR to delete Personio Conversations requests in the conversations module? As far as I can see we can only put them on resolved, but since our hr mailbox is linked to conversations we also get a lot of irrelevant mails and spam.
2. Is there a way to add Personio Conversations to the homepage or regular employees? As of now they can only request/ask things via mail and slack, that works great! But I want to give the employees the ability to also ask questions via the homepage of personio + let them see their tickets and the status of their tickets, is that an option? If not I would love to see that added in the future!

I’m afraid these 2 points are currently not available.

You can update the request status to Resolved, which will automatically forward the request to the Archive inbox:

It is possible to submit a workplace request using Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email, as explained here.

Only people who are granted access to Personio Conversation can access it through Personio, to check the overview of all the current and past requests, to ensure the highest level of privacy.

However, I would encourage you to send your feedback through the new ‘Give feedback’ feature directly in your Personio account. Submissions will be forwarded directly to the relevant product teams. You can find more information in this community post.
