Subscription cancellation

I submitted a support ticket to cancel our subscription more than 24 hours ago.  How long does it normally take for the Personio team to respond?  It’s quite urgent.

Your Account Manager is on PTO today, but their cover has already notified you that your Account Manager will reach out to you tomorrow.
