Hi, we launched the first survey and would like to assess the result. Could anyone help me if there is any benchmarking on the staff surveys? e.g what is a good score?

if you have the NPS question in your survey, in the results you can hover over the smiley icon to see ranges of good & exceptional results.
In general, would suggest to compare your results across teams & departments (eg via the heatmap) to compare your results within your company. This is often the most actionable lens as everyone in your company has the same context and is part of the same culture.
