We’re currently going through our EOY Reviews here with many employees having submitted it (which as we all now a struggle in itself to get folks to complete), and the review cycle just closed with no option to enable it.
I understand there’s an update, but it’s not even showing up on our end…
I’m pretty shocked that we’re paying for a service that didn’t automatically export these reviews OR have the new review cycle ready to go when the last one was disabled.

I understand you are concerned about the release of the new Dynamic Cycle Builder, and what that meant for your current Cycles.
Rest assured, all reviews are safely preserved even though the cycle has closed. The review writer can view their previous “in progress” reviews with the status “discarded” in their Feedback area under About You/Others, depending on the review type. From there, they have the option to export or delete the review as needed.
On the other hand, the new Dynamic Cycle Builder should be active in your Personio account now!
