I need to have two different types of performance evaluations, one for people leaders and one for individual contributors. When I’m configuring the evaluation cycle, can I add a filter that allows to separate those two?

Could you kindly clarify on the individual contributors and the type of review you want them to complete. Will it be a Manager, Self, Peer or Upward review?
