We want to open a cycle with upward review + self review for our managers.
The questions have rating and i would need that the all the individual ratings from the direct reports are congregated and i get a unic congregated rating for the team .
We will then compare the self-review with the team congregated review.
However, when opening a test cycle, i do not get any data in the analysis tab. How is that?

The Analytics of the Cycles are only available for Manager reviews, unfortunately they are not available for Upward or Self reviews.
This analysis only works based on scale-type questions, for example:
