I’m trying to add new Peer Feedback Requests but there’s an error message and I’m wondering if it’s because the step end date has already passed. I can’t change it although the cycle is not yet closed.

I had the same issue in the past.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to extend the cycle once the last date of an activity is overdue. You will have to create a new cycle if you want to add more peers. Peers already assigned will still be able to write a review though.
You can also submit this feedback to Personio so that they change it. I agree with you, sometimes it’s quite useful to change the date and extend the deadlines. I’ve already submitted a feedback saying so, but the more customers are giving it, the more they are likely to bring this feature to life.
