Are you using the new Performance & Development Package? 
Then the Admins can find the Performance & Development > Performance Cycle Button on the left navigation bar. 

Here you find, explained in detail, how you can manage a cycle.
First you need to create a cycle, prepare the feedback forms and choose the employees who are in the cycle. As soon as the cycle is started, the employees get an email and can see the open review requests in the tab Performance & Development on the left sidebar.

In case you do not have the package yet, please reach out to your Growth Manager. :)

Thank you for your response. I do not have access to this area on the navigation bar? 

Also for our Growth Manager can you advise who this is? I have never been informed?
