Hi,

we would like to make not only the survey list results available to the supervisor but also share the heatmap with him. Right now the heatmap is only available to supervisors of a team of supervisors. When I click on the report of supervisor who has only team members with no supervisor role and then click on “heatmap”, select “Segmented by: supervisors” - it shows “0” - please see picture below.

Could you please make the score available at the supervisor reports?

Thank you and all the best,

Larissa

Hi Larissa,

thanks for raising this.

In the heatmap, the default view is to show the “delta” / difference to the aggregate score of all participants in the report. As there are only the direct reports of the supervisor included the report, the aggregate scores (first column) are the same values as the scores for the supervisor - hence why there is a zero in the column (to indicate there is no difference).

To see the absolute score, switch the “View”-selector to be “Favorability”.

I’d be curious to understand what you were looking to see in the heat map

Hi ThoL,

thank you for your answer.

My vision - Supervisors should be able to see the company scores and their individual scores at the heatmap. I hope my explaination is better this time :-)

Thanks!

Hi Larrisa,

I was assuming this was what you were looking for, but didn’t want to lead the witness.

I can totally see the need for such a comparison between company average and supervisor average. We call this “internal benchmarking” and its a feature we plan to add in 2025.

For now, the first row is always the average of the participants included in the report - and for supervisors only their own reports are included in the report.

As a workaround I’d propose to share the company averages with supervisors separately. This can be done from the company-level results by downloading the image of the list view - or the heatmap (and you can mask out the supervisors).

Hope this helps, until this will be supported directly in-product.
