From our Company’s Personio we cannot see the tab “ Performance & Development” but just the voice “Performance”.
Can we set up a 360 Feedback that comprehends:
with the correct access rights?

the Performance & Development are can be found in the left navigation bar.
When you are not able to see it, you probably do not have the respective access rights. In this case, please contact the Personio Admin of your company to grant access for you.
If the package isn’t booked yet, and you consider adding it to your Personio account, you can reach out to us. A support authorized employee of your company can open a ticket here to get in contact with a Growth Manager, which will consult and support you with the selection of the right package.
