Performance & Development cycles are not being saved

Hi, since this weekend I get a lot of messages from colleagues that they cannot save their performance review. The auto save does not work and colleagues can also not send it. The cycle should be open until March 31. 

Can someone please help me quickly today? 😊

I just got the following message via a support ticket which I created:
