Hello everyone,

 

We have the following requirements, to use the Performance cycles effiently:

  1. Separately, the employee and the supervisor receives a Yearly Performance- and Development sheet to fill out (as a preparation to the yearly meeting).
  2. Afterwards, the yearly meeting takes place and HR finalizes all decisions in one document, that will be uploaded to the performance tab.

Up to now, the respective people can submit the feedback, but this results in a single document for each evaluation, which makes the workflow inefficient.

 

How do you plan your yearly Performance Meeting and how can this be done efficiently through Personio?

By creating a Cycle the employees can submit their feedback, this will be for each employee a different document. You do have the possibility after a Cycle is closed to export all the reviews in one excel document, you can do this by going to the relevant Cycle > Export the reviews in this Cycle:

Unfortunately we don’t have the possibility to upload afterwards a single document to link it to a Cycle.

A possibility is to upload the document in the profiles of the employees in their Documents tab.

 

I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
