Dear Community,
I am curious if the shared and filed probationary period reviews from launched cycles will remain in the employees' documents after we have abolished Performance and Development in our system? Or will they also be deleted.

The Document category created in the Employee profile when the performance reviews are exported to Employee profile > Document tab > Performance stays there even if the Performance and Development App is removed from your account. This would allow you to keep all those data previously recorded on Personio related to the employees’ reviews.
