Hi everyone,

I’m looking to understand if it’s possible to automate the process of kicking off surveys based on specific dates. Specifically:

  1. Can surveys be automatically triggered to start and end based on a predefined start date and end date?
  2. Is there a way to set up a recurring automation so that surveys go out every 4 weeks without manual intervention?

Any insights or guidance on how to set this up (if it’s possible) would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @DianaR,

Re 1. - Yes, Surveys can be scheduled to launch and close at a specific date. Just create a survey, add participants and schedule the times in the configuration-step of the survey creation. (find more details in the help article here)

Re 2. - We’re putting the finishing touches on the capability to have recurring surveys that launch on a pre-set frequency. If you’re curious to get a first glimpse, suggest to get in touch with your Personio contact so they can sign you up for an early test. We’re aiming to release it to everyone in January or February 2025.

Hello!

Thank you for your reply!

1- I meant can surveys be automatically triggered to start and end based on a predefined start date and end date of an employee? Example - get a survey to an employee 30 days after the start date or 30 days before the termination day or 10 days prior to the probation end date.

2- yes - that would be great to have and test!

We needed to be able to send onboarding surveys and exit surveys automatically.

Thank you in advance

Hi @DianaR,

on 1 - that is currently not possible, but something we also have in the works. If you mention this to your Personio contact, we can add you to an early test of that too.
