Over the last few months you have heard again and again about innovations in the performance area. Some of you may have found it difficult to keep track of everything. We have summarized again what exactly has changed.
Which features were already available, and are still included in your package?
The Performance tab in the employee profile will be available to you until the end of this year. You can use it to fill out individual feedback forms, write performance comments, set up performance meetings, and set target bonuses. The administration of bonuses will be added to the performance package later this year, once they have been revised.
Until the end of the year, the features will still be available without the additonal performance package. A solution will be provided to export the performance data prior to the transition. In any case, all those affected will be notified beforehand.
What has been added with the new package
Since April 2022, there is a new package that can be booked separately, as it includes many new functions in Performance Management and there will be a lot more to come here.
Since a few months it is possible to set up Performance Cycles to oversee and automate 360° feedback. Training management is a completely new function that will be gradually expanded. Both enhancements can be viewed via the new Performance button on the left side of the navigation bar.
As a small preview, I can tell you that the goal bonus function will be further expanded, we will of course keep you up to date.
What are your advantages with the performance package?
- You can map the performance results within one single tool and don't need any additional software for your feedback cycle. This makes it easier for you and your employees. Data only needs to be entered once and only one login needs to be created. Depending on the solution you have used so far, this can also save costs for another license.
- You can map a complete 360° feedback.
- More new features and developments will be added in the coming months. It is planned to add analysis functions of performance periods, the target bonuses will be extended and improved, there will be a possibility to set performance dates via iCal, and much more.
