Hey NL Personio community! I have been using Personio since april of this year and thought it would be nice to share some tips and tricks between NL users of Personio. Mainly on how to leverage conversations more. 

We’ve been using Personio conversations and integrated it with confluence which works well! But employees still don’t use it that much. How do you use Personio conversations and how do you promote it within your organisation? 

For other topics I am also very open to have a chat/coffee whatever to exchange ideas on how to utilize Personio more as a Dutch company or ofcourse another HR related topic we can exchange ideas about. Would love to hear from you!
