1️⃣ A Fresh Look and Simplified Navigation – A revamped UI and navigation that makes accessing performance data easier than ever.
2️⃣ Centralised Performance Profile – All reviews, feedback, and notes in one place for HR, managers, and employees.
3️⃣ Team Performance Page – A powerful new view for HR managers, senior leaders, and direct managers to see team/org performance at a glance.
4️⃣ Enhanced Review Cycle Management – Bundle all cycle reviews into a single artifact for easier sharing with team members.
5️⃣ Deeper Performance Insights – Analyze review progress across all question types, export graphs (PNG/Excel), and apply filters for precise data exports.
6️⃣ Enhanced Review Experience – Managers can view team feedback while writing reviews, and employees get a seamless, holistic review-reading experience.
7️⃣ Goals Tab Front and Centre – We’ll start investing in goals as for the rest of 2025, starting with a dedicated navigation tab.
