Q: Can we now use all attributes in the flexible report builder?
A: Yes! All attributes are now availableāno more greyed-out fields.
Q: Is Gender Pay Gap reporting only for male/female or can we break down by other factors?
A: For now it focuses on gender to meet EU compliance. You can also break down by job level. We're exploring additional dimensions for future expansion.
Q: Is multiple document signing available now?
A: Rollout started April 8, 2026 and continues through April. Reach out to your CSM for early access.
Q: Can I edit a performance cycle after it's launched?
A: Yes. Return to the creation flow, make changes, and save without disrupting what's in progress.
Q: Will overnight schedules work on mobile?
A: Yesāovernight tracking works across all platforms including clock-in/clock-out, entrance app, and mobile.
Q: Do you need the Compensation module for Gender Pay Gap reporting?
A: This is available for any customer with access to Personio Analytics templates.
Q: Will there be different types of attendance (travel time, on-call duty)?
