Q&A OverviewÂ
We had many questions come up during the webinar, which was very exciting! Here’s an overview of a few questions we didn’t get to in the webinar:
Q: Is it possible to log in on my laptop in the morning and log off via the Mobile App in the evening? Until now both should be via Laptop or both via the Mobile App
A: Yes, you can start tracking on one device and clock out on another; everything syncs together effortlessly.
Â
Q: Is it possible to expand the whole org-chart to display the entire organization and export it accordingly (e.g. PDF)?
A: There is no automatic functionality yet to expand the entire org-chart at once, but it is possible to expand it manually and export it to .pdf, .png, .jpeg, and .svg.
Â
Q: Is it possible to manage gender gaps in the Compensation Management module?
A: No it is not possible to manage gender pay gaps within the compensation module at this time. However, in 2025, we will be introducing a gender pay gap report into our Analytics suite. We are also planning more detailed, cycle-specific analytics in 2025.
Â
Q: How can I set up automated approvals for timesheets?
A:Â We have the step-by-step guide for you here to be able to set up automated approvals.Â
Â
Q: When will variable salary components (performance bonus/ sales commissions)Â become part of Compensation Management?
A: Variable salary components within Compensation Reviews are on our Roadmap for H1 2025.
