Please can you let us know if there is a plan to allow central documents to be saved in Personio (eg Employee Handbook, HR policies, benefits information), without needing to to save documents to every employee’s profile?

Hello, was the Personio Active Sourcing Extension discontinued? This was useful to create applications automatically from candidates sourced on LinkedIn. If this is the case are we supposed to create these manually now or is there another way? 

Hi, are there any plans to have Performance tab integrated in Employee profile? It would be very useful to have all relevant performance cycles history in employee profile. 

Hello, can you please tell me when the Personio chatbot will be active for employees? In addition, are there additional steps we need to take to ensure it’s activated for all employees to use it once it’s active?

Bringing back the question of hiring requests. Suggestion: a workflow in which the template for the hiring request is integrated to recruitment module, managers & HR can approve within Personio. After approvals, the job would be automatically created in recruiting module.

Suggestion to implement employment change request workflow: request for employment changes - salary change, position change, etc - approval chain - automatic update in employee profile. 

What's on the roadmap for LMS/LXP features and for creating and using a competence framework?

Please let us know when 13th and 14th month salaries will be rolled out. Our Brussels colleagues work on 13.92 salary, will this new feature be able to accommodate their requirements? If not, please advise of the best option for them

Is the ability to target announcements and shortcuts on the roadmap?

Hi, I kindly ask you to finally solve the problem with the vacation days when employees work on an uneven work level e.g. 50%, 70% or 90% as it always deducts half of a half day and we always have to book out the remaining 2.07h.

If so, how will it be integrated , and will we have a choice to integrate it (or not) within the performance module?

Could you please explain how the competence module in Personio is structured?
Specifically, what is the distinction between core competences and function-specific competences?
Additionally, how can competences be differentiated across job levels, does this represent different behaviours within a competence, or different levels of presence within the same behaviour (as shown by the filled vs. unfilled dots)?

I have a few jobs that are going to be replacements for current employees. I only want to get them active in Personio and not posted to our connected careers page/ auto-posted to our connected job boards. Ideally, it would be great to have them posted with only a link I can share with candidates I want to apply/ get into the process. ChatGTP had suggested creating a new corp entity and/ or unchecking the option to post to our careers page/ boards but I dont have those options (I tried the new entity option with no success, maybe I did I it wrong ;)) Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Hi Ruta, it wasnt easy but I did this using microsoft  power automate, it’s in the 365 suite. You can create approval flows that generate a req number you can create a field in Personio for traking purposes. I think there is a way to have it auto popluated into Personio but you’d need to mess with the API which I havent attempted yet

May I kindly ask when we can expect a solution to properly record part-time sickness?
