It doesn’t matter if I use Personio email service or Microsoft Integration.

I don't get an email from de custom email adress, but from the “-lobs@m.personio.com” adress I already  deleted the custom mail adress and I switch from MS integration to Personio email service and reverse, but it doens’t help. The Custom email adresses are an user mailbox with an license.

What can I do?
