Does anyone have CV parsing error lately while uploading the CV manually?

Hi community,

For several weeks, I’ve been having an issue with uploading CVs manually. It says that Personio temporarily cannot parse the information from the CV, but this has been happening for at least three weeks.

I use regular PDFs and am wondering why it’s not working. I read the standard manual regarding the CV upload topic, and it doesn’t look like this is something on my end.

I’ve attached a screenshot showing the error after uploading a CV.

Does anyone have the same issue and maybe know how to fix it?

I have looked at your screenshot and we have had a bug like this in the past. It was actually fixed, but that doesn't seem to match your post here. I would therefore ask you to send us a support request so that we have the relevant IDs etc. to have our product team check it again, which we will be happy to do for you.
