Hello,

we need to create a management report  where one of the key KPIs is Time to Fill — that is, the time elapsed between when a job posting is published and when it is closed. For this we need access to the job posting publication date data. How can we get this?

Hi @Repo

I understand that you need the “Published at” date for a jobs position.

This metric is not yet included in the analytics area - but you can access this information via a company data export.

The needed information is included in the file job_positions.csv.

I am happy to forward this as feedback for our team for future improvements.

Have a great day,

best

Hi @Repo,

There’s actually already pre-configured analytics within Recruiting → Insights and then Hiring efficiency for this:

In there you’ll find the different KPIs for “Time to Offer” and “Time to Hire” 😊

Hello, this information is not what we need. We need to know the date the job was posted in the Career - page see image below
