I set up questions in the application that I would like to then filter by, in order to reject candidates quickly. (examples: whether or not they require sponsorship for visa, whether or not they speak the languages required, etc)
Maybe I’m missing something but filtering the candidates based on answers to these questions doesn’t seem to be possible. So to reject candidates based on the questions I asked I have to look through each and every profile… for hundreds of applications.
Anyone got any tips?
Thanks in advance

Hi @EmilyB,

You can utilize the multiple filter options of the Applications list to efficiently minimize your list. For example, if you require a candidate to speak a certain language, you can have a “Yes or No” list of options question in the application form so that you can filter out those who don’t speak that language. Then, you can reject those candidates in bulk. To do so, go to Recruiting > Applications > Attribute filters. Once selected, tick the checkbox on the top left and click Actions > Disqualify.

Please note that you can only filter the list of options attributes.

Thanks for your query and let me know if you have further questions. 😀

Steve

Hi,

I have a smiliar question to @EmilyB but the candidate data I have requested doesn't appear on the application filters list. Only the yes / no question about visa requirement does. For example, we have asked for number of years experience in X and that doesn’t show in that filter dropdown. Is it only possible to filter answers to questions that are multiple choice?

Thanks.

Hi @EmilyG,

That’s right, you can only filter the list of options attributes in the Applications section.

This is why you can filter your Yes or No multiple choice question but not the “Years experience” one.
