After doing some recruiting we have decied to close a role not appointing anyone.
I noticed that we can unpublish roles to be removed from our careers pages, however there is no option to close the role. We can only duplicate, archive and delete. Can an option be added to close position ?

Just to make sure I understand you correctly:
What are you trying to solve by “closing” a position?
Is it something that cannot be done by archiving or deleting?
Do you just want to close the position to be able to reactivate it later?
If you could provide some context, we would be able to help you a bit furhter.
FYI:
You can use the archiving function to store your data in a different area so that your recruiting area is exclusively reserved for openings that are active. When you archive a position, you can reactivate it in the future, if needed. For more info, go to this Help Center Article.
