we use job wrapping to get all our open positions visible on LinkedIn as well.
Candidates who find our opening on LinkedIn are re-directed to our career page and can apply.
I would like to see how many candidates “purely” apply via our career page, and how many find the position on LinkedIn and then apply.
Is there a way to track it? Until now, all our tries have not worked.

Yes—there’s a straightforward way to track this in Personio.
Create unique tracking links for each external channel (e.g., LinkedIn) so applications are attributed correctly. If you use LinkedIn Recruiter, you can connect those Personio tracking links directly in your LinkedIn projects/campaigns to keep attribution intact: https://www.linkedin.com/help/recruiter/answer/a1431748
Once set up, you’ll be able to see how many candidates apply “purely” via the career page versus those who discovered the role on LinkedIn and were redirected to apply.
