Job requisitions - Approval process

I would be so happy, when Personio can give this chance to prepare job opening requisitions in the system. That would give us a more simple workload. I’m curious about the response for this topic as well.

not right now, you would get an update in ideation. :) 
As many ideas came in over the past years, we do not have the capacity to react on every followup question, rather focus on the product questions where we can help out. In Ideation though we collect all the ideas and feedback and there we proactive give updates as soon as there are News. 

We have redefined our processes in Ideation an have implemented a new status which we will be working on in the future to create more transparency than in the past. :)

it is an open request, this means, it is a suggestion, you can specify your wish to the functionality. Our Product Teams are collecting feedback, evaluating it continuously and they creating a roadmap plan with it. 

We are moving over that our Product Team is updating the status of an idea, as soon as they are doing research in a field or when they have released it. As we can not follow up on all questions regarding updates. (We have a German Community next to the international one, and reacting to every update request isn’t feasible, that’s why we chose the general approach of giving an update if something is coming.)

As this is relevant to most (if not all) organizations, it would be good to have this feature rather sooner than later.
For Germany (where we are based), it will need to include Joint Works Council approval as well.

Thank you for the feedback and for flagging the importance of this feature request! I totally agree with you, I do really think that having this functionality added to Personio would greatly improve our software usability! I’ve been checking and, even though, I cannot provided you with a timeframe, I could see this topic is in our roadmap so we might get some news regarding this in a near future 🙌🏼

I hope this can be implemented soon so you can have this approval process in place! 😃

Any news on job requisition approval process?

If not, any suggestions how to implement it with current tools? I’m considering creating a Workflow, having managers to fill the form with position details. Unfortunately, it will not be automated but at least something. Any other good practices? :)

Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a job requisition approval process. I know this is something our Product team is considering and studying the way to implement it. I understand your concern here, I would encourage you to send this suggestion through the new Give feedback feature directly in your Personio account. Submissions will be forwarded directly to the relevant Product teams. You can find more information in this Community post.

If there is an update in this area, you will be informed through our Personio Product Updates or via an in-app notification 😃
