Someone applied to our job but the candidate is missing from Personio.

I got an email yesterday about a new candidate application in Personio. The link “view in Personio” gives me an error. The “unassigned messages” section is empty, I have received other applications since then so it’s been refreshed. When I go through all stages (including rejected) and all candidates and even all jobs, the name does not appear anywhere. I also tried the new version that shows me applications from yesterday - there were only 3 and they are all accounted for. When I attempt to add this candidate by creating a new application, I get an error that this candidate (email) already exists for this job, so I cannot create a new one. This job has a limited number of candidates so it’s easy to keep track of everyone and this candidate definitely does not exist. 

So it feels like there has been a glitch and this candidate exists technically but is not visible to me. How to proceed?

Hi ​@marsupial77 ! I’ve consulted with my colleague and it looks like this is a bug. Can you please submit a ticket so that our engineers can have a look at it?


Thank you for the response. It looks like only account admins can report bugs - Am I correct?  At least I do not seem to have an option like that, I only have feedback and ask the community when I click Support in the bottom left corner? 


You are correct, you would have to be an admin to submit a support request.
