clicking on the Recruiting > Messages there are no updated inbox emails there, I have to click on Applicants and then find if a candidate sent me a message, it is double work and candidates’ emails can be easily lost.

clicking on the Recruiting > Messages there are no updated inbox emails there, I have to click on Applicants and then find if a candidate sent me a message, it is double work and candidates’ emails can be easily lost.

In the Unassigned messages you will see messages of candidates that didn’t sent emails thought the Recruiting website but have sent the application directly to the Recruiting email.

In order to be able to see emails from candidates you will have to go to Recruiting > Applications, there in the profiles of the employees you will be able to see the messages of candidates.
I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
