Hi,

Is it possible to get notifications (via email) to recruitment team when a candidate moves to a new stage? This is just so that they would be up to date about what is going on in the recruitment.

Edda

@Moe - could you find someone who could help me with my question? 😊

On it!

While I’m at it, just going to tag some folks who might be able to help as well:

Hi @Edda van der Ende,

I’m not really into recruiting much but just asked my colleague who is. She said that she hasn’t experienced getting notifications after changing stages. She does however get too many notifications of new messages, new applicants, etc.

I just browsed through the settings as well but I can’t find anything related to those notifications.

Thank you, @SabbuSchreiber . Yes - I believe there is no solution for this function. It would be great though. We have a Trainee recruitment once a year, with around 150 applicants and around 20 people in the interviewing team. They are of course interested to see what is going on with “their” candidates in the process but it would take unnecessary time for them to have to go to Personio and see if something has changed.

I totally understand this @Edda van der Ende! Maybe submit this as feedback within the platform, you might not be the only one with this and the just might do something about it. ;-)

@Edda van der Ende Hi Edda, as far as I know this is not possible indeed. However the hiring team can of course have a look into the platform and see where the candidates are at. To be honest, I get the feedback from the hiring teams that they already receive so many e-mails, so in our case we prefer not to have e-mails when candidates change stages 😉

Hi @Willemijn Leijs - thank you! My thought would be that people would get notifications only on those people they have interviewed themselves.

People don’t really have the time to go to Personio “just to see if something has happened to the candidate” 😊 That’s why this could be an option one could then choose to have if it fits the company’s recruitment processes.
