is there a possibility to create a report which shows all open positions? published and draft - means official and confidential positions? Audiance would be Executive board assistance.

Hi Larissa! Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to generate a report that includes all open positions. That said, we are actively working on new functionality that will partially support this need. While it may not fully address your reporting requirements, it will provide greater flexibility and visibility into open positions.
