Hi team, 

 

Seems like this is happening again - my invite to candidates are not reaching the candidate’s inbox (or anyone that I add as cc in the message as well). No config has changed from our side, and this is really urgent. 

 

Any idea of how we can fix it?

This is also happening on my end too. 3 times in the last few weeks where candidates have not received my messages with calendar invites and has been causing issues.

Any insight from support?

I have and its fixed now, had open a ticket as the support took very long to respond and this was kind of urgent, but apparently it was indeed a bug.
