To create a report that tells you how many interviews have been scheduled with your candidates during a selected time period, the Application Funnel System Report is a good starting point.

To access it, go to Reports > Your Reports > Application Funnel: the report shows how applications for selected Jobs or Recruiting Categories, submitted during the selected period, have moved through your application process.

However, keep in mind that currently this report only takes into consideration interviews that have been scheduled, but not whether they actually took place.

Regarding the interviewers, it is not currently possible to pull a report on single interviewers.

I can imagine many other Personio users would find this helpful too, therefore, I would encourage you to send your feedback through the new ‘Give feedback’ feature directly in your Personio account. Submissions will be forwarded directly to the relevant product teams - you can find more information about it in this community post.
