Hi Community,

I need some help: is there a way to add salary expectation from candidates on Personio in a field that is seen ONLY by admins? I’ve been trying to find it but could not figure out myself, and this would be really helpful to have.

The Recruitment module isn’t my area of expertise… But I’ll give it a go 😅

In Settings > Recruitment > Attributes, there are two pre-set sections - Candidate Profile and HR Information.

In those sections, you can see the various ‘system attributes’ for the candidates (Application date and Full name in the Candidate Profile), and many more in the HR Information section - including Expected salary.

As they are system attributes, there’s no option to delete them. So the only way to hide Expected salary from everyone except system Admins is to give none of the Recruitment ‘Roles’ access to view or edit the HR information (via Settings > Recruitment > Roles). But that means hiring managers will have no access to information about candidates other than their Application Date and Full Name, which isn’t very useful!

You could add all the info except Expected salary as custom attributes in the Candidate Profile section, and then give people in the Hiring Manager Role access to this section - but that’s a bit of a clunky way of achieving the end goal.

Hi @Moe, thanks for tagging me.

Unfortunately we do not use the recruitment module, so I can't provide you with advice/an answer.
